Feasibility study on the PFI introduction to refurbishment and maintenance of the official residence of the consul general in NY. The building is over 100 years old, and became the landmark architecture. SFC supported the study technically by collecting the local information numerous times, identifying the risks, calculating project cost, investigating the potential contractors and so on.
Isuzu Depot and Training Center in Near and Middle East
Feasibility study about the establishment of the part depot in the region of Middle East. Making full use of SFC’s overseas network, SFC conducted the field survey. SFC studied the business feasibility in detail by collecting fresh and practical information enough.
