The Shangri-La Hotel Tokyo

The construction of an international luxury hotel, which is the first step into Japan for the hotel, supports international businesses as an interchange and accommodations facilities. It occupies the top floor of the Marunouchi trust tower Main Building, and has 202 guest rooms, restaurant, spa, chapel, gym, pool and so on. The facilities make much of environmental correspondence and disaster prevention measures. SFC kept the cooperation with the foreign owner and the designer, and contributed to the cost control of the construction type-B and C, the enforcement of bid duties, and the supplier choice support.

The Peninsula Tokyo

The large-scale luxury hotel construction by a 5 star international hotel. In a plan and a design stage, including the advice to the overseas owner and the designer about the construction system and its cost in Japan, SFC performed the cost management such as budget planning, procurement, and the contract advisory.
