Unicharm Brazil Plant

The 1st plant in Latin America by Unicharm. The project schedule was tight as required to have a new plant, total floor area more than 30,000m2, ready for production within 12 months after the commencement of construction works. SFC, as the representative of the owner, coordinated the project from the initiation phase until its operation, providing services like the project budget setting, selection of local PM, a designer and a builder, and Cost & Time management. SFC’s managers frequently visited the project site from Japan and the total number of days there was 222 during 2 years. With this effort, the project was completed within planned budget and schedule.

Calbee R&DDE Center

Lixil Vietnam tile factory

It was a project to build a new tile factory in southern Vietnam.SFC participated in the project from the stage before the basic plan and request for quotation.The work of the SFC was to sort out various conditions and select the right design and construction company.And throughout the project, SFC also ensured cost transparency,made cost-cutting efforts, and secured quality from a third-party perspective .

Toyota Motor Manufacturing Poland Factory

Construction of Auto mobile factory which total floor area is approx. 20,000m2,located in the Polish Wałbrzych special economic precinct. SFC carried out thorough the policy of “Design to Cost” at the preliminary design stage and accomplished the project master plan within the targeted budget. Further, SFC carefully studied the client’s needs and established optimal procurement strategy which minimized design variations and change orders during construction execution.

MFTBC Engine Factory

To store the engines that are treated as dangerous substances under the Fire Service Act, SFC confirmed the provisions of the various building related laws and grasped the contents to be followed. In addition, the requirements for the facility have been organized by combining those provisions with the functions required by the client. Based on the requirements, SFC compared and considered various construction methods not only from the conventional construction method but also from the viewpoint of construction period and cost, and selected the optimum construction method.
