Chubu Centrair International Airport

New facilities of the international airports built by a joint public-private venture, in which Toyota Motor Corporation participated. Making use of the abundant experiences, SFC developed and accomplished a strategy to minimize construction cost while keeping required facilities’ performance.

Kansai International Airport Terminal2

Airport terminal for the first full-scale LCC (Low Cost Carrier) in Japan. The pursuit of the economy was demanded while securing security and functionality. In consideration of that, SFC established a project strategy to minimize construction cost and accomplished it.

Linimo Station and Rail Yard

Facilities for the first Japanese linear motor train (magnetic levitation style); rail yards, station buildings and headquarter building. In consideration of business feasibility, the reduction of construction cost was set as an aim of the project. Based on a project strategy not to be seized with conventional method, SFC carried out smooth project accomplishment at low cost.
